Ask Yourself If You Have Periodontal Disease
More and more people have already developed periodontal disease without their knowledge. Periodontal disease knows no age or no gender. It can occur no matter what gender or age you are, nonetheless, you know the facts about bad gum conditions and take steps to prevent and treat it, you are likely to develop serious oral health problems linked to it. If left untreated, early periodontal disease can turn to the advance stage which can increase the risk for stroke and heart attack. For pregnant women, gum disease can cause low birth weight and premature labor. It is not yet too late to slow down the progression of periodontal disease. Always maintain regular dental check ups and cleanings, ask your dentist about proper brushing and flossing. And be able to contact your dental expert if you notice any obvious signs of dental problems.
